We’ll celebrate a fiesta of flavors from Mexico with a delicious menu that includes:
A delicious Elotes (or Street Corn) Salad, we will make a delicious shredded chipotle chicken that we will then stuff with cheese and other ingredients in a flour tortilla to make delicious chicken chimichangas (and we’ll show you how to bake them for a healthier option and how to pan-fry them for the traditional technique). Of course, we’ll also make and enjoy chips and salsa with fresh guacamole. Finally we’ll finish out the meal with both Horchata and Mexican wedding cookies.
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.
