Flavors- Caribbean Grill Cooking Class- July 23, 6pm

Embark on a culinary voyage to the vibrant and exotic Caribbean in our immersive cooking class! Join us as we explore the rich tapestry of flavors that define Caribbean cuisine, from the fiery heat of Jamaican Jerk to the irresistible sweetness of rum-infused desserts. Our experienced chef will lead you through a demonstration cooking experience, teaching you the techniques and secrets behind iconic Caribbean dishes. Get ready to spice up your kitchen and transport your taste buds to paradise!

Our menu will include and appetizer of Coconut Fried Shrimp with a Tamarind-Lime Dipping Sauce. Jamaican Jerk Chicken marinated in a traditional Jerk Spice Blend grilled over charcoal to tender, smoky perfection. We will serve this with a creamy Caribbean Coconut Rice, Spicy Mango Salsa, and for dessert enjoy Piña Colada Cake. We will also have non-alcoholic Planter’s Punch (you can BYOB and and your favorite rum if you want to).

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided withthe meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
