Description
Learn the techniques to master the Mother Sauces of French cuisine. Tuesday, August 22* join us to explore variations of French style- Tomato Sauce – Menu features Tomato Sauce, Tomato concassé and Portuguese sauce served over pasta with a delicious fresh salad and seasonal berries with Cream Anglaise for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
