Tuesday, December 12 at 6:00pm- We will share an elegant menu that is perfect for entertaining with: Seasonal Salad, Roasted Cornish Game Hens with a delicious layered Potato Pave and a dessert of Maple Walnut Pear Cake

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
